张帆,研究员,博士生导师,本科和硕士就读于哈尔滨工业大学计算机专业;博士就读于哈尔滨医科大学生物信息学专业;2013-2016年间在美国纽约西奈山医学院生物信息学研究中心从事博士后研究;2017-2023年间在哈尔滨工业大学生命科学与技术学院历任副研究员、研究员;2023年5月入职中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院健康与医学技术研究所任研究员。担任中国生物信息学学会(筹)重大疾病组学信息学专业委员会委员,中国抗癌协会肿瘤标志物专委会肿瘤测序与大数据分析专家委员会委员,中国生物工程学会人工智能与生物技术专业委员会第一届委员。
主要从事肿瘤等重大疾病和宿主免疫系统相互作用的分子机制研究,具体包括:肿瘤早筛标记物识别,肿瘤的免疫编辑分子机制研究,肿瘤免疫浸润的异质性研究,循环肿瘤DNA、微生物宏基因组等高通量测序数据及各种单细胞组学数据挖掘的人工智能算法开发等。
