简  介

张帆,女,现任中科院合肥研究院健康与医学技术研究所基因组学团队研究员,博士生导师。2004年本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学,2011年博士毕业于哈尔滨医科大学;2013到2016年间在美国纽约西奈山医学院从事博士后研究,2017到2023年间在哈尔滨工业大学工作,历任副研究员,研究员。2023年5月入职中国科学院合肥研究院。

研究方向

主要从事肿瘤等重大疾病和宿主免疫系统相互作用的分子机制研究,具体包括:肿瘤早筛标记物识别,肿瘤的免疫编辑分子机制研究,肿瘤免疫浸润的异质性研究,循环肿瘤DNA、微生物宏基因组等高通量测序数据及各种单细胞组学数据挖掘的人工智能算法开发等。
