蒋焱熠,男,中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院健康与医学技术研究所副所长、研究员、中国科学技术大学博士生导师。2014年7月于中国医学科学院/北京协和医学院获理学博士学位,师从王明荣教授;2014年9月至2020年10月分别在新加坡国立大学(NUS)癌症研究所和加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)医学院Cedars-Sinai 医学中心 H. Phillip Koeffler 教授课题组从事博士后研究;2021年加入中科院合肥物质科学研究院健康与医学技术研究所,创立癌变机理与精准诊疗课题组任课题组长,继续从事肿瘤个体化精准诊疗研究。 绘制和解析了食管癌的表观遗传修饰图谱,揭示了食管癌特异性核心转录调控网络,并发现表观遗传抑制剂的联合使用在抗肿瘤生长中的重要潜力。已发表SCI论文60余篇,总引用超3000次,包括消化道疾病知名期刊Gut和 Gastroenterology;Nature系列期刊Nature Genetics 和 Nature Communications等。入选中科院百人计划并获择优支持,主持国家自然科学基金、安徽省杰青和DeGregorio Foundation等科研项目。担任Nature Cell Biology、Nature Communications、Cell Reports Medicine、Advanced Science和Cell Reports等杂志审稿人。
针对严重影响人民生命健康的重大疾病,如恶性肿瘤,(1)运用单细胞测序技术和多组学等技术,阐释影响肿瘤免疫治疗效果的重要因素和相关微环境事件,解析不同患者免疫疗效差异性的细胞和分子学基础;(2)开发不同生理病理状态下的类器官模型及共培养体系,建立癌症治疗疗效评估平台,挖掘合理的临床诊疗新标志物和新策略。
