个人简介

戴庆博士,中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院健康与医学技术研究所二级研究员。长期致力于表观遗传学与表观转录组学等前沿领域的研究,在基础科学研究、技术开发和转化应用等方面均取得突出成就。戴庆研究员在DNA/RNA修饰测序技术的开发与应用上取得了一系列开创性突破,其研究成果具有广泛的国际影响力。截至目前,已申请发明专利6项,发表学术论文170余篇,包括Nature、Science、Cell正刊论文12篇,子刊论文40余篇,论文被引次数达5.1余万次(Google Scholar)。自2018年起,连续多年入选科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”名单。2025年入选国家领军人才。

研究领域

1.化学生物学工具开发:设计合成新的化学分子,探索其在基因调控、信号转导,癌症机制等方面的应用,推动精准干预策略的发展。 

2.表观转录组学技术:开发高灵敏度、低起始量的RNA修饰测序方法(如m⁶A、m⁵C、假尿苷等),揭示RNA修饰在疾病中的动态调控机制和作为疾病标志物在临床早期诊断中的应用。 

3.表观遗传学与DNA修饰:创新5mC、5hmC等DNA修饰的检测技术,解析其在发育、癌症等生理病理过程中的功能和在癌症早筛和预后等方面的应用。 

4.癌症早筛与转化医学:挖掘新型癌症生物标志物,推动基于表观遗传改变的液体活检技术研发与临床转化。
