
简 介
蒋焱熠,男,中国科学院合肥物质院健康所副所长、研究员、中国科学技术大学博士生导师。2014年7月于中国医学科学院/北京协和医学院获理学博士学位,师从王明荣教授;2014年9月至2020年10月分别在新加坡国立大学(NUS)癌症研究所和加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)医学院Cedars-Sinai 医学中心 H. Phillip Koeffler 教授课题组从事博士后研究;2021年加入中科院合肥物质科学研究院健康与医学技术研究所转化医学研究中心,创立癌变机理与精准诊疗课题组任课题组长,继续从事肿瘤个体化精准诊疗研究。
绘制和解析了食管癌的表观遗传修饰图谱,揭示了食管癌特异性核心转录调控网络,并发现表观遗传抑制剂的联合使用在抗肿瘤生长中的重要潜力。已发表 SCI 论文60余篇,总引用超3000次,包括消化道疾病知名期刊4篇,Gut(2篇)和 Gastroenterology(2篇); Nature 系列期刊5篇,Nature Genetics 和 Nature Communications(4篇)等。入选中科院百人计划并获择优支持,主持国家自然科学基金、安徽省杰青和DeGregorio Foundation等科研项目。担任Nature Cell Biology、Nature Communications、Cell Reports Medicine、Advanced Science和Cell Reports等杂志审稿人。
研究领域
针对严重影响人民生命健康的重大疾病,如恶性肿瘤,(1)运用单细胞测序技术和多组学等技术,阐释影响肿瘤免疫治疗效果的重要因素和相关微环境事件,解析不同患者免疫疗效差异性的细胞和分子学基础;(2)开发不同生理病理状态下的类器官模型及共培养体系,建立癌症治疗疗效评估平台,挖掘合理的临床诊疗新标志物和新策略。
