团队简介

   癌变机理与精准诊疗团队成立于2021年,由蒋焱熠研究员担任团队负责人。团队紧密围绕健康中国战略,针对亟需提升肿瘤免疫治疗疗效的临床需求,重点开展我国高发消化道肿瘤的精准免疫诊疗研究。已发表研究论文70余篇,刊登在GastroenterologyNature CommunicationsCancer Research等国际知名期刊,已开展IIT临床试验2项,初步形成了从基础研究成果向临床应用转化的研究闭环。

、研究方向

1. 肿瘤精准免疫诊疗策略开发

运用多组学数据,阐释影响肿瘤免疫治疗效果的重要因素和相关微环境事件,解析不同患者免疫疗效差异性的细胞和分子学基础,探索提升临床免疫治疗疗效新策略,开展临床验证试验。

2. 肿瘤细胞命运决定

依托临床队列数据,融合人工智能模型解析肿瘤细胞动态演化规律,挖掘调控细胞命运关键分子,探索肿瘤进展转移机制,为精准诊疗新靶点发掘提供理论支撑。

3. 基因编辑与类器官技术的医学应用研究

开发不同生理病理状态下的类器官模型及共培养体系,建立肿瘤治疗疗效评估平台,挖掘合理的临床诊疗新标志物和新策略。

    癌变机理与精准诊疗团队由蒋焱熠、蒋远、马凯担任学科带头人。现有成员27人,汇聚了基础科研、临床医师、数据分析等多领域人才,搭建了多梯度科研队伍。其中,研究员2名、副研究员1名、博士后11名、博士和硕士研究生若干名;中国科学院引才计划入选者3人且已有2人获得择优支持,安徽省杰出青年项目获得者2人,国资博士后C类1人,承担国家基金委项目9项、中国科学院先导子课题1项等。
